Chocoley bada bing bada boom candy and molding formula dark compound chocolate

"I have been using Bada Bing Bada Boom for about a year. The past two years I’ve been making candy at Christmas, that I sell. I wanted to find a easier way to cover my candies, so I tried the Chocoley products. I was so pleased that I’ve continued to order. In fact, the products are so good and the service even better…Not only am I satisfied with Chocoley products, so are the people who eat my candies. Keep up the good work!" Ruthanne Henley Reese, St. Paul Park, MN

"I’ve been dabbling in making chocolate candy since 1995 when I came across a recipe in a magazine for chocolate covered cherries that I thought would make excellent Christmas presents for my friends and family. Since this has turned into an annual project of perhaps 14 different kinds of confections, I am constantly in search of a superior compound coating for enrobing and dipping.

This is what brought me to Chocoley. I find the non tempering Bada Bing Bada Boom excellent in taste and very user friendly. And you can’t beat the shine for molded candy. Thanks Steve for making a superior product." Claire Ferrante, Englewood Cliffs, NJ

"I just want to let you know that I purchased Chocoley Bada Bing Bada Boom from your web site and had it delivered then made my candy molds. The chocolate was the best I have ever tasted. When I need any chocolate in the future I will be sure to order from you again, as well as tell all my friends. Very good. Thanks again," Jan Recchia, Rochester Hills, MI

"I make toffee every Christmas and I was in a panic when I found the chocolate shop where I usually buy my chocolate closed. What to do? I went to a local craft store but was not impressed with their selection of chocolates for candy making. I searched the internet and came across Chocoley’s website. I must admit I was a little hesitant about ordering a food product — especially for my world famous toffee — off an internet site. The order arrived very quickly and most importantly, the Bada Bing Bada Boom tasted amazing! What a relief to find such a great product. People actually put themselves in a sugar coma eating the toffee … it’s that good! I will continue to be a loyal customer and have passed on your name to other friends who enjoy baking. Thanks — you provide a great service and product." Barb Hering, Lombard, IL

"My niece wanted chocolate at her wedding last March. I found your website and ordered the mix – a pound each of milk, dark, and white chocolate Bada Bing Bada Boom. She and I made all the chocolate into small chocolate hearts and placed them around the reception on the guests’ tables and the dessert and coffee table. They were delicious and everyone raved about the chocolate – none were left! I haven’t found chocolate that tastes this good for candy making in years. My questions were all answered personally with good tips for amount to purchase and tips for using the chocolate. The service was great. We will definitely be repeat customers." Peggy Trubey ,Orlando, FL

"Dear Chocoley, I have been making the same cashew/raisin clusters to give as Christmas gifts for the last 30 Christmases. This past year, my local candy store in Durham, NC went out of business. I got on the internet and found you. I had a nice conversation with Steve as to which product might work for me. He suggested Bada Bing Bada Boom. I ordered on Monday, received 10 lbs of dark on Thursday and had clusters ready for the office luncheon on Friday. What a hit! I have tried many different kinds of chocolate over the years and yours beats them all! There is just no comparison. Melted beautifully and comes out just as shiny as the fancy cashew clusters at the mall. You know the ones. But never mind how beautiful, they are more delicious than any I have ever made. Thank you for making my gifts such a success." Barbara A. Paradise, Chapel Hill, NC

If your order is being shipped to a location 78° F or warmer (or if it is warmer than 78° in Alpharetta, GA, typically April – October, where this item will be shipping from) we highly recommend that you add an Insulated Cold Pack, based on the weight of chocolate in your order, to ensure your chocolate doesn’t melt while in transit. The large Insulated Cold Pack Shipper chills up to 30 lb of chocolate, so, multiple Case orders would require one large Insulated Cold Pack Shipper per 30 lb Case.

If it is currently necessary to add a cold-pack in order to protect your chocolate from melting you will be given the option to add an insulated cold pack from $4.95 to $8.95 at checkout, or you may choose to accept full responsibility for any melting that occurs in transit and decline this option. (Please note: No returns of melted chocolate will be accepted if an insulated cold-pack is recommended for your order and you decline).
