Role Overview Experience: 15+ Yrs Role is for Sales Specialist for Networking business Experience of selling networking solutions to large corporate & government customers Building up direct relationship with the customers’ for the strategic business plans. Knowledge of networking solutions/technology like software define networking , Data Center Networking , Campus Networking , Routing and Security solutions. Knowledge of networking focus Channel Partner / System Integrators in the assigned territory Key Responsibilities: * Build & execute territory Sales plan and drive & deliver the assigned quota for the assigned territory * Build networking focus partner eco-system in the assigned territory * Gains access and manages relationships with customer CXo level & technical staff * Build and execute customer account plans * Assesses and verifies approach/method to selling Dell EMC networking products and services * Articulates characteristics of the customer’s current environment * Understands, analyzes and applies industry and market knowledge * Understands the competition * Understands and articulates third-party and/or Channel’s role to create and position Dell solution * Seeks counsel from other sales engineers, leaders, or cross-functional groups to ensure consistent approach/application * Qualifies sales opportunities in the terms of customer technical requirements, competition, decision making process and funding * Presents the design and value of proposed solution and business case to customers, prospects and management * 15+ years of Networking Industry related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering /Technology Desirable Requirements: * This position defines the overall Dell EMC networking solution for the customer and makes presentations on all aspects of company products and services. * Identify and nurture potential opportunities, build robust pipeline and takes them to closure * Prepares detailed product specifications for the purpose of selling high end product and solutions. * Conducts customer needs analysis. Provides Competitive insight * Coordinates with other internal specialists and inter-department activities. Assists sellers in creating demand for product. * Requires a high degree of technical competency to respond to customer needs and to discuss product capabilities and applications with technical users/buyers. * Customarily and regularly engaged at client facilities and delivers high impact presentations leveraging strong technical & commercial skills.
