Just like our in-person sales, the first person to checkout and pay for the item with their credit card is the new owner of that item. The prices for this online sale are set, however in true Sell My Stuff fashion, prices will be reduced as the sale progresses. The first day of the sale, prices are set as indicated. Prices will then be reduced by 10% on each of the following three days, so that during the last day of the sale prices have been reduced to 30% off original price. Example: On Wednesday the items will be full price. On Thursday at 12:00 am the prices will be reduced by 10% from their original marked price. On Friday at 12:00 am the prices will be reduced 20% from their original marked price. And on Saturday at 12:00 am the prices will be reduced 30% from their original marked price.


Condition chart: "Excellent condition" or "minor wear" – In very good shape for a used item, may have minor scratches/wear-and-tear. "Good condition" or "moderate wear" – In good shape for a used item, may have more noticeable scratches/staining/wear-and-tear. "Poor condition" or "significant wear" – May have damages or structural issues, and significant scratches/staining/wear-and-tear.

Our strict one-time-only pickup hours are set and will not be extended under any circumstance. Please bring your email confirmation of purchase as this will be your receipt; no items will be released without a valid purchase receipt. Our contract with this particular client states that customers are not permitted entry into the building (unless otherwise stated within an item’s description). If many people show up at once to pick up their item(s), priority will be given on a first-come-first-served basis; we appreciate your patience during busy periods, but please note that it tends to be significantly busier during the first pickup hour. Lots with many smaller items will likely be loosely packed into provided boxes, but please bring whatever else you may need to pack your items into your vehicle, as not much else will be provided at the location; please bring enough assistance to load heavy items into your vehicle as well. Please arrive with an appropriately sized vehicle for your purchase; if you cannot fit your item(s) into your vehicle during the pickup times, you will have forfeited your purchase. While visiting the premises for pick up, you are doing so at your own risk. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have picked up all items included in their purchase(s); by leaving the sale venue with your purchase(s), you agree that you have your entire order, and that you approve of its condition. Please understand that items will be forfeited if they are not picked up during set pick up times and refunds will not be issued under any circumstance (although it is an industry standard, our company does not believe in charging customers a disposal fee for missed pickups). All deals must be made for this sale through our online store, hence no further transactions will be accepted on our pickup day. We are not offering our shipping service for this particular online sale.

Sell My Stuff Canada believes in transparency when conducting all business activities. We will do our utmost to represent every item in an honest and straightforward manner. Photographs and descriptions of the items should give you an accurate picture of the item you are interested in, flaws and imperfections included. Unless an item/lot’s description states that it has not been tested or closely inspected, we have taken care to scrutinize each item posted for sale, however it is possible we may occasionally miss an imperfection or unintentionally mislabel an item. Please be aware that despite this possibility, all purchases made through our online store are final and made sight-unseen. Sell My Stuff will not be held responsible for any damages to items occurring during dismantling or transit; no discounts, returns or refunds will be issued on pickup day, or upon delivery. As well, please note that HST will be charged on all purchases made through our online store.
