Currently hiring Logistics/ Procurement Coordinator for heavy equipment Company with educational degree in supply chain management. Candidate should be able to launch Inquiries to Freight Forwarders, carry out Freight Forwarder qualification process, Coordination of commercial / contractual clarifications, Generate Orders, review transportation documents prepared by Vendors / Freight Forwarders.


Coordinate with Customs Authorities for clearance of goods. Should have good experience in handling over-sized dimensional cargo. Must be able to administer Purchase Orders for operational demands according to the Procurement Policy and Pre-existing Purchasing Agreements.

Graduate in a three year degree program from a college/university, preferably with an accounting qualification. Previous experience in a recent and similar role of at least 5-10 years in a similar grade contracting company environment handling accounts independently in the UAE. It is expected that a candidate with the above optional experience will be in the age bracket 30 to 45 years of age. Any combination of related education and/or related experience can be considered if the candidate possesses the demonstrated ability.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the transport field or events industry and should have a good pool of candidates to join us immediately. Previous experience of working with ADNOC clients and having access to clients in the oil fields will be a huge advantage. Candidate should have very good presentation skills as well as excellent sales experience in client acquisition. The candidate should have good time management skills as well as be able to work within the organization goals and expectations.

Follows dealership procedure to obtain proper identification from customer prior to test drive. • Establishes personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devises a strategy to meet those goals. • Attends product and sales training courses as requested by sales manager. • Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers. • Prepares sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to customer arrival. • Provides information on the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork. • Maintains a prospect development system.

Ideal candidate shall be responsible for providing guest service by administering Ayurveda treatments and in accordance with established procedures and standards. The incumbent also contributes to the revenues of the cost center through active selling of treatments and retail available. The therapist is also responsible for assisting the Service Leaders/ Managers in the day to day operations of the daily Ayurvedic Treatment as scheduled which includes preparing the therapy room with necessary equipment, oils, herbs, etc, performing the therapies as well as cleaning and setting up the room for the next therapy.
